Southfield Mall – The mall has 2 number 18 passenger lifts, a set of travelators to and from the basement to the ground floor, a set of escalators to and from the ground to the first floor for the customers. There is also a provision for a common goods hoist for all the shops.

The anchor tenant shall also have an internal travelator and goods hoist. The complex has a provision of three generators giving a total back up of 1200 kVA to the entire mall.
