Garden City Mall is part of Kenya’s first integrated residential, retail and office (mixed-use) development. We are one of Nairobi’s largest malls, offering shoppers a wide selection of international and the best of Kenya’s local brands.

The 1st phase of Garden City Mall opened its doors to the public on the 28th of May 2015, with 33,500 square meters of retail space. Carrefour Market and GAME anchor Garden City Mall. The other shops available at Garden City include; TACC Store, Victoria Courts, MAC Cosmetics, Safaricom, Samsung, Authorized Apple reseller Salute IWorld, Art Caffe, Mambo Italia, KFC, Java and Big Square.

All the shops and eateries at Garden City are strategically arranged around light and airy terraces overlooking the Central Park. The Gardens at Garden City are designed for the whole family to enjoy, including a Children’s playground, Water Fountain Play-park, and featuring public art installations by Kenyan artists. The Garden City Grounds include an Amphitheatre in the park for small events and functions.

We are located between Exit 7 and Exit 8 on the Thika Superhighway, only 15 minutes drive from Nairobi’s CBD, from the Westlands, or Runda. Sustainability is a significant factor in the design and planning of the project. The solar-panelled carport on the mall’s roof (offering shaded parking to our visitors) is one of the most prominent examples of its kind in Africa. The modern mall is light and airy – the design throughout makes use of natural light, clear glass and fresh air ventilation
