How long will it take for an order to arrive
You should receive your order within 24 hours of placing it. One of our customer support persons will contact you through WhatsApp or phone and share the tracking number and any other details you need to pick up your parcel.
Do you do deliveries?
Yes, we do deliveries all over the country.
We do free delivery within Kisumu and for orders above KES 5000. We charge a fixed delivery fee of KES 250 for any other type of order.
How do I place an order on your website?
Click on the product you want. You'll be redirected to WhatsApp, where one of our customer agents will take your order and guide you through all the other stages. We are still building the website, and as such, we are not yet able to accept payments directly from the website.
