
CoWA is local NGO founded in 1987 as a company limited by guarantee without share to answer to the needs of St. Kizito students to link them to the job market through internship and job placements.
It was then, registered as an NGO in 2000, freely helping jobless people to enter into the labour market and or become entrepreneurs.Over the years CoWA, has been focusing human development project with a particular emphasis on education to work. In any project attention is focused on the defense of the dignity of the person at work, who is the cornerstone of any meaningful development.
We believe that, “If you want to build a ship do not gather men to collect materials and do not distribute duties. Instead teach them the nostalgia of the wide and infinite sea.The organization focuses on human development projects with a particular emphasis on education to work and the defense of the dignity of the person at work, who is the cornerstone of any meaningful development.We conceive work as the desire of the human being to participate in the building of a greater good that could last for the benefit of future generation.
