Welcome to Shifteye Studios, formerly The Shifteye Gallery, a versatile & multi-functional Photography Studio, Art Gallery, Event Space & Design Studio in the glistening heart of Nairobi. Shifteye Studios, formerly The Shifteye Gallery, is a versatile & multi-disciplinary Photography, Design & Film Studio, Art Gallery and Event Space in the heart of Nairobi.
A space created to showcase a multitude of creative forms of expression, give creative practitioners a platform to interact but above all a space that welcomes all to learn, engage and be inspired… with emphasis on photographic forms of expression.
At Shifteye Studios we welcome creative practitioners from all over the world. Additionally, we look forward to working closely with all manner of creative practitioners within Kenya and as well as Africa.
Our aim is the continual support of local creative talent, creating a larger, wider platform for photographers as well as artists in general. In the hope of contributing to the growing recognition of Kenya’s large Art & developing Photography culture.
The space has been intricately re-designed to not only function as a larger photography studio than it previously could but to also continue to allow the exhibit of exquisite local & international art, facilitate scintillating dance & live music events, showcase jaw dropping high fashion events and serve a meeting point for creative in Nairobi.
We welcome you to come visit the revamped space and get a feel for the new look. As an Design Studio we offer various services ranging from brand strategy to web design, logo to promotional design.
We understand how integral good design & photography can be to a business and that’s why we consistently deliver highly creative solutions across all the work we undertake.
Shifteye Studios are located at the Priory Place; a new commercial building located in Hurlingham (next door to Studio House and diagonally across from Chaka Place).
The Priory Place houses secure underground parking & 24hr security & CCTV Coverage. The building has wheelchair access to the ground floor as well as lift access to all floors.
