Ray Pharmaceuticals Limited was established in the year 1978 as an importer, wholesaler and marketer of pharmaceuticals, surgical and hospital equipment. It quickly grew to become the largest healthcare supplier in Kenya and in 2015 we are celebrating 36 years of business in Kenya.
Ray Pharmaceuticals was founded by Dr. Dhirendra Shah who in 2010 was the Legatum Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship top 10 finalist out of 2700 companies across Africa.
In 2012, he was again nominated as the top ten Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in East Africa in the Emerging Category.
