They can use the unlocked value to enhance their commercial or personal needs. We consider the value locked in Kenya motor vehicle ownership to exceed Ksh. 800 billion (USD 8 Billion) and unlocking even a small fraction of this potential value could create a major positive impact to the economic growth of the country.
