Kamuthi Housing Cooperative Society Limited formed in 1964 as Kahawa farmers and registered as a Cooperative in 1986. It is therefore one of the oldest Cooperative Society in the country. Investing members funds through purchase of land and its value addition is the core business of Kamuthi. Over the years we have been able to provide settlement to our members/Purchasers by acquiring land, adding value and providing social amenities. Our first land is located off Kamiti road Kahawa west, Kiamumbi Maziwa.
