Atlas Plumbers and Builders has over forty years’ experience in Construction and Building Services Industries in East Africa. Our annual Construction and Building Services turnover is in excess of KSh 250 million. We are renowned specialists in these areas having worked on Housing Schemes, Universities and Student Centres, Hospital Wings, Office Blocks and Towers, and large-scale Water Reticulation and Sewerage Management projects. During every project of ours, we recognise the importance of minimising construction time and anticipating disruptions.
Our success in managing these factors has been highlighted by the number of repeat clients. The company was first incorporated in January 1971 under Atlas Plumbers (K) Limited specialising in Mechanical Engineering. In November 1994, it widened its operating mandate to include Civil Engineering and Construction and changed its name to Atlas Plumbers and Builders (K) Limited.
We have a well-proven track record of high-quality and competitive installations and services, which have been completed within the contract time frames and within project budgets. Atlas Plumbers and Builders has cultivated, developed and maintained good working relations with its clients and project consultants, who in turn have grown to trust our expertise and value our workmanship.
In our capacity as Mechanical Engineering Services, our scope of internal works includes installing and maintaining all plumbing services from fresh water supply to waste water drainage, supplying and installing solar water heating and sanitaryware. We commission, decommission and maintain fire-fighting installations: Hose Reel Systems, Wet and Dry Risers, Sprinkler Systems in commercial buildings, Fire Hydrant Reticulation in car parks and Fire Suppression Systems in server rooms and kitchens.
Our performance, our high-quality installations and our competitive services have well-proven track records. As a consequence, we have no litigation history or any claim disputes in nearly 40 years of operation.
