Amber Properties Ltd was formed in 2005 and is a company that is affiliated to Amber Investments Ltd, a family owned enterprise.

Amber’s core business activities include Real Estate Management and Development. During its inception in 1986, Amber Investments Ltd started off purely as a real estate management company.

This involved buying properties in Nairobi, refurbishing them, and then placing them on the market for rental purposes, which it still continues to do. In 2005, Amber Properties Ltd created the Exeter Portfolio, whose primary objective was to create top class housing in response to a growing need for executive styled, modern, yet affordable accommodation for the new generation of professional Kenyans.

To date, all Exeter projects boast of great success in the real estate market. All projects have not only had timely completion, but they have all sold out ahead of scheduled completion.
