African Salihiya Kenya was conceptualized in the 90s when the current Managing Director, Mohamed-Dahir Sheikh Abdirahman travelled between Dubai and Kenya with imported merchandise in a briefcase which he would later sell to a small pool of clients.

From its humble beginnings of operating from a briefcase (literally!), Mohamed-Dahir realized there was a gap in the logistics industry. It was then that he, together with Ibrahim Sheikh Abdirahman (General Manager) and Saeed Sheikh Abdirahman (Corporate Affairs Director) formalized the setup of the company; purposing not to be spectators in the global logistics industry, but game-changers.

ASCC Logistics continues to work toward its founding vision of “becoming global leaders in the provision of cost-effective logistical solutions through strategic use of resources and automated systems to exceed our clients’ expectations”.

Considering our history, no shipment is too small or too big. We provide competitively-priced, consistent and quality logistics service to both individuals and any size of business.

I am writing this review to express my utmost dissatisfaction and frustration with African Salihiya Courier Company (ASCC). My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others. Firstly, when I visited their office in person, I was met with an appalling level of rudeness and deceit from the staff, particularly the ladies I spoke with. Their unprofessional behavior was utterly unacceptable and left me deeply disappointed in the level of customer service provided. Moreover, my attempts to communicate with ASCC through their messenger platform have been equally disheartening. The correspondent assigned to my case has consistently displayed a pattern of deceit, providing false information about the whereabouts of my package. Despite my repeated requests for a tracking number, they have continuously evaded their responsibility, leaving me in the dark about the progress of my shipment. This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency is truly alarming. As a customer, I expect integrity and open communication from a reputable courier company, not a web of lies and deception. It is utterly frustrating to have entrusted my package to ASCC, only to be met with such unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering using African Salihiya Courier Company (ASCC) to think twice. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the company’s poor customer service, deceptive practices, and failure to fulfill their obligations. It is evident that ASCC lacks the necessary integrity and reliability that customers deserve when entrusting their valuable shipments. In conclusion, I regret choosing African Salihiya Courier Company (ASCC) for my shipping needs. Their rude and deceitful staff, coupled with the dishonesty of their messenger correspondent, have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated.
