Our clients can either visit our shops in Nairobi and Mombasa or order the product online for delivery. We deliver Same-day within Nairobi or next-day outside. Our Mombasa outlet ws opened in May this year (2018) hence we currently offer same-day delivery within Mombasa City. All products not only come at affordable prices but all are warranted whether brand new or Refurbished.
More than 95% of what we sell is brand new while under 5% are refurbished and this has been indicated accordingly. Saruk Digital Solutions thus offers a platform where buyers have the freedom of making an order for a product which if not available locally, can actually be ordered from abroad and thus we pride ourselves in utmost consumer satisfaction. More so, in a case where the client is not in a position to visit our shop physically, we offer them the alternative of delivering goods to them at a small extra cost.
