We sell/let commercial, industrial, and residential properties for our clients. Project Management – Eastwood Consulting Limited also undertake Project Management on behalf of our clients.
This involves co-ordination of all the professionals involved in construction of a project and supervision the same to ensure that the set objectives of a high quality development is achieved in a cost effective way. Valuation-The company will arrange valuations of land, buildings, plant, machinery and fittings to establish current values for open market, insurance, book and rental purposes.
