Vital Properties was started in October 2012. Our Offices are located along Magadi Road Ongata Rongai Tyme Arcade 2nd Floor Room 206.We have been in property Management for 6 years and we manage property in various locations in Kenya namely; Ngong, Kawangare ,Makuyu,Nakuru, Embakasi, Langata Ongata Rongai, South C, Eastleigh, Ruai, Gilgil,Zimmerman,Kikuyu,Karen and Kileleshwa.The range of houses we manage range from bedsitters to apartments.

As property managers, vital properties is proud to deliver unsurpassed professional service to our tenants.PROSPECTIVE TENANTS;A sign will be displayed on the property. We will post the vacant property on the local Listings, our website, Multiple Listing service for your area.Upon finding a tenant they are asked to complete a rental application and their credit is pulled through the credit bureau, along with a criminal background and their rental and work references checked and evaluated to ensure we have good honest tenants for your property.A move in inspection will be completed after the tenant has had the utilities turned on in their name including electricity and water meters.

INSPECTIONS;We complete a move in and move out inspection with each tenant.We drive by each property monthly.We complete an interior inspection every 6 months and provide a report along with pictures of your property.
