KOTO Housing Kenya is a fully owned Kenyan company which was established in 2014 as a provider of affordable housing and building solutions using alternative building technology. KOTO Housing Kenya is a licensee of KOTO CORP (Malaysia).

Our building system is lightweight Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) panels that provide permanent formwork to reinforced concrete for columns and beam structures.

This alternative and innovative building technologies are able to reduce the time taken to put up a house by more than 50% while reducing costs by over 10% compared to conventional building methods.
