The company started as a digital marketing firm that was later restructured & incorporated on 21st Aug 2017 under the Companies Act, 2015 and that the Company (Hailemind Entertainment Company Limited) is a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY registered in Kenya as an Independent Record Label, Entertainment & Talent Management Company.

The company or label name Hailemind is derived or modified from HAILE an Amharic (Ethiopian) name meaning “power, might.” Famous real-life people named Haile: | Haile Selassie, Ethiopian Emperor. We believe that power, might or success is in the mind If You Can Believe It, You Can Achieve It.
