Cibien Engineering and Construction Co Ltd (CECL) is a part of a larger group of companies whose activities are diverse, large and prevalent throughout the East African region. CECL was formed in 2013 to focus on the large Infrastructural requirements within the region. The company is located on Eleven (11) acres of owned land within the boundaries of Eldoret town in Uasin Gishu County.We have invested heavily in Plant and equipment and our Asphalt plant is a fully mobile , batch Parker Plant with a capacity of 80T/Hour. CECL has also invested in specialized equipment needed to undertake road contracts ranging from simple paving and resurfacing to road design and construction from scratch .

Cibien Engineering and Construction Co Ltd will be venturing into quality stone crushing and concrete products in Q1 2015. In order to get the right quality of aggregate for road construction, CECL is setting up a 3-stage crushing plant, the only one of its kind in the region.At Cibien Engineering and Construction Company, we undertake road construction, stadia renovation , dam construction, water projects other infrastructure related projects large or small .CECL believes meritocracy, Integrity and quality will drive us to be a significant and recognized player in the sector
